I possess a B.A. in Professional Writing (minor in journalism) and M.A. in Writing and Linguistics from Northwestern State University of Louisiana. I have a fairly extensive writing background, having written in a news editorial/review capacity in both print and online. Additionally, I have served as both an English instructor and tutor and have had several of my creative short stories published. I am currently working as a freelance writer.

My interests range from everything from hard science to pop culture, and I view research as something of a hobby. As such, I am well versed on many different subjects and seek to use that knowledge to bolster my writing and create interesting and easily accessible articles that are both fun and informative.
